Returns: All returns must be approved before an item/items are shipped back. An item may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit as long as it is within 14 days of when the item is initially delivered. The item must be in the original unused condition as originally shipped to the customer. The unused condition includes any tissue paper, sticker, protective clear bag along with the tag. If the item returns worn, stained, or has an odor- no refund will be given.  You will be refunded to the method of payment you used when placing your order or issued store credit. All sale items are final sale.

Damaged Items: All damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your item to be eligible for return.

Shipping & Handling: All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item has arrived damaged.

**If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), you will be reimbursed for the purchase including shipping fees.

Refunds: All refunds take 5-10 business days to process on your account. 

Non Eligible Returns: Items from our ‘SALE’ section are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Orders placed during any sale such as 'BLACK FRIDAY' or 'WAREHOUSE SALE' are only eligible for store credit, if returned. Items must be returned within 14 days of the item being delivered.

Processing Time: After you place an order it will be processed within 24-48 hours unless your order is placed after 5PM MST, or on a non-business day (Saturday or Sunday, in that case your order will be processed the following business day). Domestic orders should arrive in 5-10 business days, and international orders between 14-21 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Aubrey Jane is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered. We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit.
